Welcome to this special place. Based in Singapore, I work with clients both locally and globally to facilitate deep, lasting transformation.

My 20+ year journey began as a senior officer with the Economic Development Board of Singapore, before moving onto a career built around management consulting, corporate general management, recruitment and people development.

With a BSc from the London School of Economics and an MBA from The Wharton School, my lifelong passion for holistic health eventually guided me towards pursuing advanced certifications in nutritional coaching, hypnotherapy and other healing modalities.

Between 2019 and 2022, it was a privilege to serve as a global trainer for Marisa Peer's Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) school, mentoring and training hundreds of aspiring practitioners worldwide. Today, I dedicate my practice to working with individual clients and on occasion, conducting corporate workshops on embracing change.
